Portable EHR users (doctors, patients) can provide you with access to multiple content and resources that are part of their personal data on our platform, as well as information to which they are entitled in various medical information systems in which they are identified..

When you press on the "Proceed" button, we will generate a QR Code that can be scanned with one of our applications, by the Portable EHR user, and as part of that scan they will grant you access to various informations. When the access is granted, you will be able to consult here the document(s), and possible print them if the user granted you the right to print or save the document.

Please scan this token from the Portable EHR application on your mobile. When the scan is complete, you will receive a PIN on your phone, to complete the authentification and activation.
